EspañolFelipe Cuevas, president of the youth sector of Chile’s Independent Democratic Union (UDI), was detained this Thursday afternoon in Caracas. He has been in Venezuela visiting Sairam Rivas, a student leader, and allegedly took photos of the Helicoide intelligence and detainment center.
