Have you ever started researching a question about something only to come up with even more questions than when you started?  We understand.  That’s happened to us too.

But don’t worry, we’re here to help.  We’ve been living in Chile (with our teenage daughter) for almost five years and have probably found the answers to many of the questions you have right now.

Frank is a successful businessman; having had rental properties and founded, operated and sold a limousine service near Philadelphia.  His interests are real estate development, eating for health, organic farming and creating organic food distribution systems (in Chile and internationally).  He has an organic farm management company, trades precious metals, Bitcoin and currencies and is a New Hampshire Notary.

Madeline is a nurse and retired executive from an international insurance company.  She reluctantly came to Chile to find that our lifestyle has changed little from living in the states.  She enjoys organic, grain-free cooking and baking, finding great deals and has become a part-time trader in Bitcoin.  She is amazingly well connected with the expat community in Santiago and knows a great deal about the private schools, housing options and public transportation here.

For a simple fee of $299 USD/hr. Frank or Madeline will conduct a phone or Skype consultation with you. The hour may be split between them or both for ½ hour.  You may ask anything you’d like.  To best utilize our services, we suggest that you first exhaust any questions already answered here and through Dr. John Cobin’s blog.  There are hundreds of entries and both are searchable.

Madeline is also available as a Cultural Guide.  Once arriving in Chile, you might feel overwhelmed with a whole new city to explore.  Madeline can assist you to plan your explorations, join you and help to ensure that your trip is as productive as possible.  She is aware of the many options for obtaining accommodations and short and long-term housing, some of the best shopping locations and social aspects of living in Santiago.  Her rate is $399 per day, plus any expenses.

Joe and Frank both have a passion for agriculture and offer consulting in this field as well. Whether you’re pursuing a hobby farm or desire to build a large commercial operation, we can help you make the right decisions and develop your project for both personal enjoyment and profitability.

In order for us to be efficient and make the best use of your time (and money), we would like to know a little bit about your concerns in advance of the call.  Prepare your list of questions.  If, during our call, you have a question we can’t answer, we’ll conduct the research and get back to you within a few days.

Please fill out the form, immediately following, with all of the pertinent information.  It also helps if we know your level of Spanish fluency.  We’ll be in touch within 5 business days to schedule an appointment.

We look forward to speaking with you.

Frank and Madeline
