Construction on a new house with attached apartments is scheduled to begin in September 2014, with completion expected by the end of the year. One of the apartments is for sale, with options available during the construction period.

The location of the new apartment in Los Almendros, a highly desirable section of Reñaca, a sector of Viña del Mar. The street address is José Suárez 185, Reñaca, Viña del Mar, but beware when looking it up on Google Earth since the program does not seem to find it all the time. It sends the “traveler” somewhere else!
